Held at our Ankara location, our Caviar Tasting Night offered gastronomy lovers an unforgettable experience. The Beluga and Oscietra caviars, carefully chosen by our chef, were presented to our guests alongside aged premium champagnes.
The evening opened with freshly shucked oysters served with our special yuzu sauce. The main tasting menu followed, as our chef described in detail the distinctive notes of each variety of caviar. Carried along by a live jazz performance, the evening once again underscored Yelken Balık's vision of luxury and elegance.
