Inspired by the oceans, our new fine dining menu is now ready for our guests to enjoy. Discover this new journey, stretching from king crab to exotic scallops.

At Yelken Balık, we always aim for the very best in our kitchen. After months of research and development, and drawing inspiration from the vision of Michelin-starred chefs, we are proud to present our new autumn/winter menu.

Every plate on our menu features seafood caught in line with sustainable fishing principles. Our King Crab legs, brought in specially from Alaska, and our Hokkaido scallops, marinated in truffle oil, have already become favorites among our guests. And to close the menu, our signature dessert awaits — reflecting the exceptional harmony of sea salt and caramel.
